The system 25 conveyor is an economical and easy-to-assemble tool that is useful in any stockroom or shipping company. This unit allows products to be moved down to team members quickly so that the units can be sorted and put into their appropriate locations in a timely manner.
The conveyor removes the need for each individual to approach the loading dock and prevents clutter that is common in these types of environments. Height adjustable legs to be ordered separately not included.

Gravity Roller Conveyor for Easy Stock Movement
A gravity roller conveyor is brilliant for use in situations where businesses need to move stock, goods or equipment quickly from one place to another. As the name suggests, the gravity roller conveyor relies on gravity to help items travel along the rollers, meaning there are no mechanics or electrics to go wrong. In locations where electrics are not an easy option such as outdoor environments, using a gravity feed roller conveyor is a productive alternative to an electric conveyor.
In many cases, operatives prefer working with this type of conveyor as it is more reliable than mechanical alternatives. In addition, it helps to avoid clutter in busy areas like loading bays by moving goods away from the centre of the action and out to places they can be sorted or managed.
Using the Gravity Roller Conveyor
Assembling the gravity roller conveyor is simple as each unit of track is supplied fully assembled. The only thing the customer needs to do is bolt each section of the track to the stand (supplied separately) and then the gravity roller conveyor is ready to use.
This is useful compared to some other conveyor solutions as no specialist knowledge is required to get the conveyor up and running. For companies that may need to move gravity conveyors around or have them running only at specific times of the production process, the ability to set them up easily can be incredibly useful.
Durability of Gravity Roller Conveyor
The gravity roller conveyor is designed for durability, able to handle the rigours of operating in a rapid industrial or manufacturing environment. It has a roller capacity of 100kg, although users should note the load must be in contact with at least three rollers at any one time and the overall gradient of the gravity roller conveyor must not exceed 1:25 to ensure the safety of both the load and operatives in the vicinity.
All the rollers are spring-loaded and zinc plated to ensure longevity, while the rest of the unit has an epoxy coated powder blue finish to fit perfectly into any professional environment.
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchases, if within 14 Days of delivery you decide the products are not suitable * please contact us (please do not return goods without contacting Abis first). Goods must be in a resaleable condition and in their original packaging.
If you receive an item which is damaged or not in the condition you were expecting, please contact us ASAP, this ideally needs to be noted at time of the delivery and signed for as damaged with a call/email informing us within 24 hours of delivery.
Unfortunately business transactions will usually incur a 15 - 35% restocking charge depending on the product, and the goods will have to be returned at your expense, unused and wrapped securely in the original packaging.
Please be aware: Only products returned in 'as new condition' can be accepted and it may take up to 14 days for any refund to appear in your bank account (it might be quicker but the banks control this I am afraid).

All products carry a minimum 12 month Warranty, some have up to 10 year warranties.
