Roller tracks 2000mm, cylindrical plastic rollers
Roller tracks accommodate smaller sized storage units such as plastic bins and containers, cartons or individual items without packaging. All goods are loaded at the rear of a storage installation and move gravity-driven on inclined roller lanes to the picking face where they can be picked to requirement.
Product storage in FIFO (First in - First out) order, as well as single reference lines, allow easy monitoring of production batches and sell-by dates.
Please note this racking system has been designed for indoor use only. The indicated load capacities are not valid for earthquake hazard zones. If your storage and order picking facility is intended for use in a seismic hazard zone, please inform us in advance!
It has a narrow roller pitch ensuring smooth and trouble-free conveying and has a good start-up and conveying qualities. Goods move down the lane in a perfectly straight line and plastic rollers guarantee low-noise operation and robust make for a long service life.

Heavy Duty Roller Track for Industrial Use
A roller track can help to keep production lines moving, as well as ensuring product storage operates on a first-in-first-out basis. While it’s a technically simple piece of equipment, the roller track performs an invaluable service without the need for mechanics or hydraulics. This 2000mm roller track is gravity-driven, enabling it to be used in any environment without needing to be hooked up to any electrical outlet or powered in another way.
This heavy-duty roller track is ideal for use with smaller sized units such as plastic containers, cartons and bins. It can also be used with individual items that may be without packaging, although users should check the item in question will move down the gravity-driven roller track easily before use to ensure it won’t get stuck and cause a jam in the system.
When to Use a Roller Track
This roller track can be used in any location where easy access to equipment is vital or where a production line needs to keep moving. For example, warehouses often use a roller track system to allow pickers to pick the oldest stock first – the stock is placed on the roller track from the rear and moves forward each time the item in front of it is picked. This guarantees older stock is picked first in connection with the first-in-first-out principle, and it speeds up the picking process since pickers don’t need to check dates or manage stock rotation manually.
Equally, the heavy-duty roller track can be used to take small containers along a production line, allowing businesses to skip the step of unloading products from one workstation and manually loading them on to another – instead, the products can be placed straight on the roller track and moved that way.
Specifications of the Roller Track
A heavy-duty roller track offers excellent floor space utilisation, and the different specifications of roller track units allow companies to choose the right one for them. This 2000mm roller track comes with cylindrical rollers with a narrow 28mm pitch to enable smooth conveying of every small load. For durability, this is a galvanised roller track with plastic rollers able to support 24.5kg load capacity per roller.
