What is anti-collapse mesh? Basically, it is a system of steel mesh panels that attach to the rear of pallet racking in order to prevent items falling through pallet racking and causing injury to pedestrians or goods. In certain areas it is essential to ensure areas in need of anti-collapse are where there are single-sided pallet racking bays that back onto either pedestrian walkways or work areas. They would not typically be required between double sided runs of racking. The most important thing is to ensure all measures are taken to prevent injury caused by falling objects, the Anti-collapse mesh is normally installed from the first beam level upwards, as opposed to at floor level, However in certain circumstances it may be prudent to have Anti-collapse full height from floor level.
Installation of anti-collapse mesh has often been neglected, but increasingly, pallet rack inspections have highlighted cases where it would increase the safety of a warehouse and protect from spillages and stock getting accidentally knocked onto the floor, which of course may also cause injury to personnel or even death not to mention unwanted damage to goods.
How does anti-collapse mesh attach to pallet racking? Fitting the anti-collapse mesh to a pallet rack is simply a matter of securing metal brackets that fix to the rear of the pallet racking frame. The Anti-collapse mesh panels are then fitted to these brackets. The brackets are made to suit the application normally vary between 150mm to 350mm to ensure the pallet or goods don't come in to contact with the anti-collapse mesh panels. We want you to be entirely happy with your purchases, if within 14 Days of delivery you decide the products are not suitable * please contact us (please do not return goods without contacting Abis first). Goods must be in a resaleable condition and in their original packaging.
If you receive an item which is damaged or not in the condition you were expecting, please contact us ASAP, this ideally needs to be noted at time of the delivery and signed for as damaged with a call/email informing us within 24 hours of delivery.
Unfortunately business transactions will usually incur a 15 - 35% restocking charge depending on the product, and the goods will have to be returned at your expense, unused and wrapped securely in the original packaging.
Please be aware: Only products returned in 'as new condition' can be accepted and it may take up to 14 days for any refund to appear in your bank account (it might be quicker but the banks control this I am afraid).

All products carry a minimum 12 month Warranty, some have up to 10 year warranties.
